Symptoms

In People form, unable to find record of an Searched Employee.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to the System Administration responsibility
2. go to sysadmin - > security -> user -> define
3. bring up the user xxx and added the Name XX Super HRMS Manager , from the dropdown security group list, select Standard (There are also US, UK and Canada ect for different countries.)
4. Log in as the user xxx into XX Super HRMS Manager, navigate to People -> enter and maintain - > search - > search for an employee in UK, the employee record does not come out.
