Symptoms
On : 12.2.9
When attempting to extend
/oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/server/InternalOrderLinesVO
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Each row in the Query Result Columns must be mapped to a unique Query Attribute in Mapped Entity columns"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. try to extend InternalOrderLinesVO
2. the error occurs
