Error while provisioning instance on EBS Cloud Manager

While doing the Restore Database part of an Advance Provisioning it fails with the following error:
  
"Retry" button to continue with provisioning is no longer there

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EBS CM provisioning
2. "Retry" button to continue with provisioning is no longer there
