Stale Data Error Creating Service Request Urgnecies on HTML Setup Page with Descriptive Flexfield (Doc ID 2775507.1)

Unable to use the Service Request Urgencies HTML Setup page
Service > Setup > Definitions > HTML Setup > Service Request Urgencies > add a new row (with a DFF) and select save.

Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browsers navigation buttons (the browsers Back button for example).
Cause: The number of displayed records, 5, exceeds the actual number of records, 4, in the view object. CsSrUrgencyAM.CsIncidentUrgenciesEOV01. Some of the displayed records may have been deleted.

To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the applications navigation controls (menu links and so on) instead of using the browsers navigation controls like Back and Forward."
