Field Service Tasks Functionality Change from 12.1.3 to 12.2 (Doc ID 2775518.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

After upgrading to Release 12.2, when creating a task that has the DISPATCH Rule assigned to the task type, the following fields are mandatory:

Assignee type
Assignee
Scheduled start date
Scheduled end date

These fields are not mandatory with the same task type in Release 12.1.3.
