Symptoms

General Ledger

When attempting to open transactions after drilling down to the Accounting the following error occurs.

Sorry no valid responsibility available


Responsibility > General Ledger
Navigation > Inquiry > Account > Show Journal Details > Drilldown

  Click on the View Transaction to open the invoice.
  Get the error message when the form tries to open.

Changes

 Undetermined, however may be related to upgrade with Java Web Start.
