RGFSGXML Program - Publish FSG Report Is Completing In Warning Log File Showing - RGRPRT completed with errors (Doc ID 2775805.1)

Symptoms

Submitting a specific Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report the concurrent request ends in warning.

The following error is seen in the debug log file of this request:

format_rows():
Column values not output.
RGRPRT completed with errors.

When reviewing the output it shows the following:

The expected report output is not generated.

Steps to recreate the issue.
1) Log into General Ledger
2) Navigate to Report -> Request -> Standard
3) Select Program - Publish FSG Report and the report at issue in the parameters.
4) Submit the report, when it completes it is in warning and the output file does not provide the expected report output but only the following:

XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </fsg:RptLine>.
