Symptoms

When attempting to upload project data from Microsoft Project to Oracle Projects the following error occurs.
        "An Unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your System Administrator"

Navigation steps:
1. Open Microsoft Project
2. Go to Tool bar
3. Select Oracle Projects
4. Then Send to Oracle Projects
