Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.10, when trying to select the resource to add the manual forecast line by selecting the resource from planning resource list, receive the following error:

 

Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Project Super User Responsibility
Navigation: Navigate to Project: Delivery->Search Project ->Financial->Budget and Forecast->select Plan type ->select maintain Version->select the Resource in working version
