GST: Duplicate Tax Accounting Entries Created For Old Receipts (Doc ID 2776864.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate Tax accounting entries are getting created for old PO receipts  (ex: 3 years back) wherever AR customer_trx_id is matching the RCV_transaction_id.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate Tax accounting entries should not get generated across entities.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE
---------------
1. Create AR transaction
2. Complete AR transaction
3. Create accounting
4. Observed that when Customer_trx_id matches rcv transaction_id, duplicate accounting is generated for receipts
