Asset Workbench (FAXASSET): Errors With 'APP-OFA-47759: Life to Date Depreciation and Year-To-Date Depreciation must be the same' (Doc ID 277694.1)

Symptoms

While adding an asset in the Asset Workbench, if entered with YTD = 0 and
Accumulated Depreciation > 0 for an asset added with DPIS in the current fiscal year,
receive the following error:

APP-OFA-47759: Life to Date Depreciation and Year-To-Date Depreciation must be the same.
