Questions on Attachments in Self Service Human Resources Extra Information Types (Doc ID 2777155.1)

Qn1:When adding an extra info on Person Level and creating a Self Service Human Resources transaction on it, the issue is when saving an attachment,
how to know where it is stored, the name of the table where the attachment should be stored in this case.
Qn2: The tables do show the attachment, but trying to find them cannot identify an attachment related to the transaction id.
The requirement is to be able to reach the attachment from the back end.
Qn3:Need further help in simplifying the SQL Select steps from Document 2144807.1 - How to find an attachment after final approval that is added from a Self Service transaction based on transaction_id using SQL?
