EBS R12.2 :- Cannot Launch Webpages From Forms In Edge Browser Using Latest JRE 1.8.0_291 Version

Goal
Upon installing the most recent JRE on our desktops i.e. JRE 1.8.0_291
Users have reported the following issues using the Edge Browser with EBS 12.2.9 =>
- They cannot launch webpages from a Forms screen
- They cannot view concurrent program output in a browser
- They cannot export from Forms to Excel
- They cannot download concurrent program output to Excel or PDF output to Adobe
We have all the required patches installed for EBS 12.2.9, and this issue did not occur with the January JRE version.
We have tested with Edge browser version 89.0.774.77 and version 90.0.818.42 and the same problem occurs.
Please suggest.
