ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to pick release sales orders, the program ends with out any error.
None of the eligible lines are pick released
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Pick release the 3000 sales orders that are stuck with out any problem
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to release sales orders screen
2. Provide the sales order details.
3. Perform pick release - concurrent
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pick release the 3000 sales orders that are stuck.
