RLM Demand Processor Issue: INTRANSIT CALCULATION (Doc ID 2777427.1)

Goal

Qn1:RLM Demand Processor insert order lines incorrectly from schedule lines.
Intransit calculation not correct and existing order line update are not correct in some cases.
 
Qn2:I would like to ask, does "shipment" or "shipped quantity" mean the deliveries of the sales order lines or the receipts which are provided by customer in the RLM schedule as "Receipt" "Actual"?

In which period checks the system the shipments? Is this the "Intransit Time" processing rule parameter which define the period in which the shipments are considered when reducing requirements to zero? Or, is there other setup which define this kind of period?
