Symptoms

After the upgrade to Release 12.2.10, when attempting to run IEX: Territory Assignment program, the following error occurs:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'ASSIGN_TERRITORY_ACCESSES'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Advanced Collections > Collections Administrator
2. Run IEX: Territory Assignment program
3. See that it fails with the error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get their collectors assigned to customers.
