Subscription Service Contract Line Schedule Billing Error with Equal Amount is not Allowed as Effectivity of the Covered Levels are Different (Doc ID 2777532.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

When attempting to add a subscription line with one month period to an existing contract, when entering the billing schedule, the following error is displayed but if we click OK and cancel the process and retry the same, the system allows us without the error message.

Equal amount is not allowed as effectivity of the covered levels are different.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Service Contract Manager responsibility, take an active subscription contract with 1 year duration.
2. Open for update and add a new line with one month duration.
3. Save and try to create the billing streams and the above error is displayed.
4. Click OK on the error and retry and it works fine with no error message.
