Model Population Is Creating Duplicate Items In CZ Item Master (Doc ID 2777557.1)

Symptoms

When user is trying to override the description, it is creating a new item with same name and hence there are duplicate items with different descriptions in the item master in configurator instance.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

a) Update the Item description in Inventory module.
b) Pre-exploded the one model where we used that item.
c) Ran the Refresh program in Configurator instance .
d) Checked the Item Type in Item Master whether extra option is available or not.
e) Launch the Model to see the extra option is available in drop down or not.
f) Checked the cz.CZ_IMP_ITEM_MASTER table , whether new record available or not.
