On : 12.2.10 version, Customers Module
When creating a new customer/account and Saudi Arabia is selected as the Country of this address, an error appears.

ID KSA for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customers -> Define
2. When on the address entry form, select Saudi Arabia as the country of the address.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot define new customer addresses for Saudi Arabia.
