Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to add a Category to the Products and Services page using the Supplier Management Administrator responsibility, the Add button is missing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When attempting to add a Category to the Products and Services page using the Supplier Management Administrator responsibility, the Add button is displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open Supplier Management Administrator responsibility.
3. Click on the Supplier Home link.
4. Search for a particular supplier.
5. Select and click on the supplier's respective 'Update' icon.
6. From the Update page, click on the Products and Services Category link. From the Update : Products and Services page, the Add button is not displayed.
