Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lines of an expired Agreement appears when searching for INVENTORY ITEMS to create REQUISITION

The inventory item CLE-POL-00027 of Agreement 454309 appears when searching ITEMS for requisitions even though the AGREEMENT is expired.

The BPA is also in a Requires Reapproval status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect expired lines and documents that are not approved to not be returned in search results

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Shop > Home
2. Search for item 
3. The item  is on Agreement which is expired, and is returned in the search results.
- Also the Blanket Agreement shows to be in status Requires Reapproval.
