Symptoms
On EAM - Enterprise Asset Management, 12.1.3 version, Maintenance Routings
When trying to create a work order for a particular asset / activity combination, the following error occurs:
ERROR:

Cannot Create work order.
1. Resource sequence <sequence> is invalid
2. This resource sequence (<sequence>) received an error status since a sever error occurred in the resource while performing attributes validations.
3. Resource sequence <sequence> is invalid

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Enterprise Asset Management
2. Work Orders > Work Orders form
3. Click on (B)New
4. New work order form opens > Enter Asset and Activity combination.
5. Click on (B)Save
6. error occurs.
