MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B_KFV Code Incorrect After Applying Interoperability Patch R12.1.3 On RDBMS 19C (Doc ID 2778595.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Doing a migration EBS R12.1.3 with target database version 19.11 from 11.2.0.4 source database
We've upgraded the EBS database from 11.2.0.4 to database 19C. Applied the patch " Patch 30033914 - 19c interoperability patch for Release 12.1.3."
as one of the prerequisites for the upgrade.

Now facing a problem with several forms that reference the view ""MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B_KFV".
Some standard forms which call this view are not showing data correctly and some item fields are empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After applying "Patch 30033914 - 19c interoperability patch for Release 12.1.3", expect the forms to show the item information correctly.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 30033914 - 19c interoperability patch for Release 12.1.3.
2. Query standard oracle forms
3. Find some of the forms not showing the item information correctly.
