ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Action > Copy from Order Organizer is showing Operating Unit of previous search using MOAC Responsibility

In Order Organizer, if we query orders for an OU, and open an order and close it. Then re-query for a different operating unit and then Action > Copy; - in this scenario copy order window is taking the Previous Operating unit and copy order is not happening.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order Organizer Copy form should pull the latest Operating Unit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Order Organizer, query for OU A and fetch the Orders.
2. Open Order and Close it. Now Query for OU B and fetch Orders.
3. Open One order of OU B and Click on Actions ->Copy. In Copy window you will see the OU A
