QP: Bulk Import Throwing Error After Ignoring Date Validation (Doc ID 2778786.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Price List Mass Maintenance

When attempting to insert the data to update the end date for the price list line from 31-DEC-2021 to 31-MAR-2021 without changing the start date of the line which is 01-JAN-2019 (earlier than header start date),
the following error occurs. Inserted the data for both start date and end dates within Header start and end dates, QP: Bulk Import of Price List program successfully updated the dates on the price list line.

Tried to update the end date for the above line from 31-DEC-2021 to 31-MAR-2021 keeping same line start date 01-JAN-2019 (earlier to header start date), it is allowing to change the date with no errors.

Expectation is when the Profile "QP: Ignore Price List Date Validation" is set to 'Yes' at site level, it should allow to update the line dates though the line start date is earlier to header start date, but it is not working with QP: Bulk Import of Price List program though it is allowing to update manually.

1. Run Bulk Import of Price List
2. Use the parameters as above
3. Error occurs
