Is EBS 11g Database supported with OID 12c (Doc ID 2778793.1)

Goal


When installing new OID/OAM stack to integrate with EBS R12.1.3(DB Version 11.2.0.4). As per document 2339338.1, section 6 step2, it says EBS DB version must be 12.1.0.2 but i don't see EBS DB version dependency in Certification Matrix.

Is EBS DB has to be upgraded or we can use current DB version 11.2.0.4 with OID 12.2.1.4.
