Symptoms

When querying customers in Advanced Collections, the following error occurs:


FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item IEXCUOVW_Location.Postal_Plus4_Code


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Search

  1. Select a customer and click Apply to open that customer.  The error occurs when the form opens.
