Property Manager: Custom Lease Integrator Failing with 'Exception during parsing document java.lang.NullPointerException' during Upload. (Doc ID 2779461.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload leases through custom Lease Integrator the following error occurs.

Exception during parsing document java.lang.NullPointerException

Bne log shows the following error

BneUploader.processUpload(), fatal exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1/ Property Management > Lease Integrator
2/ Open Lease Integrator 
3/ Fill out the lease information required to be uploaded
4/ Select lines required to be uploaded
5/ Select Tab Oracle > Upload
6/ Choose to upload only selected lines and click OK

 Upgraded form 12.1.3 to 12.2.9
