Symptoms

Several "Pending your Resolution" cash/Credit Cards Expense Reports (ER) for terminated employees.

The ERs are stuck in the workflow and appearing in reports where the business users do not need to see them any more since employees are not available any more.

The issue is only with particular ERs. Not all ERs of Terminated Employees are stuck.

The ER processing and Workflow is customized.
