Text Format Changes When Creating Statement While Importing File (Doc ID 2779641.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Create, Update, Authoring Flow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The file content when importing while creating Statement changes the alignment (which is showing in Details section).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Alignment in file content shouldn't be changed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to (R) Knowledge Administrator --> Authoring --> Create Solution --> Create Statement
2. Enter the statement.
3. Go to the details.
4. Select content type as HTML with Autolink or Text with Autolink.
5. Click on Import text from file.(file in which the contents are vertically aligned).
6. Select the file.
7. Check the Details section. Its showing the content is horizontally aligned.
