Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After playing OLM course and completes it, the results of the course do not update in "Attended" or "Completed" or "Passed" depending on the course.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the course results to be updated in Attended" or "Completed" or "Passed" depending on the course.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Learner Self Service
2. Learner Home
3. Learner plays the course>Completes the course>Course shows Incomplete status
