Error "Lease termination date cannot be earlier than the end date of normalized term" while trying to Terminate a Lease (Doc ID 2780202.1)

Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

================

When attempting to terminate a lease
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error 1 : Warning of a NULL column in an aggregate function.

On Clicking OK,the below error occurs

Error 2 : Lease termination date cannot be earlier than the end date of normalized term


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Create a Lease
b) Provided below dates

LEASE_COMMENCEMENT_DATE : 01-MAY-21

LEASE_TERMINATION_DATE : 30-APR-22

LEASE_EXECUTION_DATE : 27-AUG-20
                                     
c) Save the record.
d) Schedules Concurrent program gets fired
e) Using Amend Functionality change the LEASE_TERMINATION_DATE to 01-May-2021 and save.

(Navigation > Leases and Documents > Main Leas > Enter Lease and Documents > Find Lease > Amend)

Observe the error
