Receiving Transaction Processor failed with error:RCV_ALL_MISSING_DELIVER_PERSON (Doc ID 2780275.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Receiving Functions

When attempting to receiving for Internal Requisition the Receiving Transaction processor shows
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
RVTTH-115b: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error

Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.

Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system
Cannot read value for profile option INV_DEBUG_TRACE in routine &ROUTINE.

 

Inventory logs shows below error:




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to INV(R)
2.Transactions>Receiving
3.Receipt

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Receipt transaction for the IR/ISO
