ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using 'General Ledger - Budgets' integrator to generate the webadi spreadsheets some segments are converted into exponential (number), meaning displays only 0 instead of the actual segment.
Once generated the spreadsheet using 'General Ledger - Budgets' integrator, default or custom template, for example value 0E01010 is converted to 0000000.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Ledger responsibility
2. Create Document
3. Select Integrator = General Ledger - Budgets, Viewer = Excel 2010, Layout = &any_layout
4. Fill in the parameters > review document
5. Create > after the spreadsheet is created values having an 'E' are converted to 0.
