Symptoms

 Using the Security Rules option to restrict use of certain accounts in I-procurement.
Getting   error even when the account is part of security rule elements.

 Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Iprocurement Responsibility
  2. Create a Catalogue Requisition-> Add to Cart -> View
  3. Select Edit
  4. Update Line to add charge account
  5. Error is received :Account generation failed. Contact Purchasing Administrator if necessary. (Value secured: You can not select this account for this responsibility)
