Attributes Copied From RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS To RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES When Performing 'Add To Receipts' Using ROI (Doc ID 2780378.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating add to receipt lines using ROI, the attribute values are copied from RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS table to RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attribute_category and all attribute values should not be copied by default to RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES table from RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to (R) Purchasing Super User > Receiving > Receipts.
2. Find PO#
3. Click on Add To Receipt.
4. Enter the receipt line with lot number and click on save.

Query data after 1st receipt
