Inconsistency In Aging Bucket Line Amounts Between the Dashboard And Account Details

Symptoms
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION =================== When drilling down on a particular aging bucket from the Dashboard tab, the transactions that are displayed, do not match the total of the aging bucket.
Click on the link for the 1-30 = 500 to drill down on that specific line which takes you to the Account Details tab.
The resulting screen should show the exact transactions that make up the $500 balance, but they do not in all cases.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE ================== 1. Login to iReceivables > Customer Search > Query a Customer
2. Go to the Dashboard / Account Summary page > Click on the Aging Bucket
3. Show the aging bucket details, and drill down on each aging line to verify the transactions shown, notice some of the lines do not correctly add up to the balance listed.
Due to this issue, customers are not able to see the correct balance.
