When attempting to Setup Latin Tax, the following error occurs in the Latin Tax Categories Form

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From AR Superuser Responsibility
2. Navigate to Brazil Localization>Setup>Latin Tax>Categories
3. Populate Form for new setup
4. Error spawns at save.
