Subledger Accounting configuration LOV issue

When configuring SLA rules that involved item numbers, the list of values populated is limited to 20,000 items. We have significantly more than this so it is preventing us from selecting the needed item number. This has not always been an issue because there are existing rules that are not found within the list that already have a rule created.

ERROR
-----------------------
Choices in list limited by maximum rows: 20000

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: OPM Financials

3. Enter the below:

Seq = 10
Source = Inventory Item Number
Operator = equal (=)
