Symptoms

patchEccFiles.pl failed with error ERROR: Failed with status 404 

ERROR

ERROR: Failed with status 404 for url http://<hostname>:<port>/ecc/user/import/applications

404 Not Found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install and configure ECC 
2. Import Enterprise Command Center Applications by executing patchEccFiles.pl script
3. Review log patchEccFiles.out
