PAICGEN PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices Does Not Combine Credit Memos/Costs And New Costs To One Intercompany Invoice (Doc ID 2780566.1)

Symptoms

Navigation: > Projects Responsibility > Other > Requests > Run. Run the PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices process.

After the PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices process was run, the intercompany invoice did not group new costs and credit costs to one intercompany invoice. The process created one intercompany
invoice for the new costs and another intercompany invoice was created as a credit memo.

Navigate to > Projects Responsibility > Projects. Open the intercompany project. Navigate to the Billing Setup. Under the Revenue and Billing Information setup, change the "Adjustments Include on
Standard Invoice" option from No to All in the Revenue and Billing Information setup. Rerun the PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices process. New costs and credit costs are still not grouped to
one intercompany invoice.
