Observed that the Talent Profile Tab is missing after Integrating with ADF for Org Hierarchy

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that Talent Profile Tab should be shown after Integrating with ADF for Org Hierarchy

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to XXXXX Manager Self Service responsibility

2. Navigate to Talent Profile

3. Talent Profile Page with Org Hierarchy renders with 2 tabs instead of 3 (Actual Talent Profile Tab is missing):
