"No Tasks Available." When Trying To Perform A Pick Confirm Using Paper-Based Picking (Doc ID 2780681.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Performance

In the Manual Pick page in the Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA) and enter the Pick ID you do not get the information.

The system shows the following message : No tasks available.

ERROR

"No tasks available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales Order.
2. Generate Pick Release (Auto Allocate, Pick Confirm Required)
3. Print Pick Slip
4. (N)MSCA >Task >Manual Pick>Papper based Pick
5. Enter the Task ID from the Pick Slip Report in the Pick ID field
ERROR = No tasks available.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot perform the move order transaction
