Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, ECC Order Management
When attempting to run the OM Command Center Data Load, the following error occurs. Using this functionality for the first time. Followed the steps in 2495053.1.

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ont-lines for job 23,537
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ECC developer
2. Data Load submission
3. Enter parameters and submit
