Symptoms
When attempting to navigate to actuals tab in depot service order form, the following error occurs.

FRM-41051: You cannot create records here
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Depot Service Order form. Query for depot service request/repair order
2. Navigate to Actuals tab.
3. Getting Error FRM-41051.
