Accounting is generated in negative amount when process claim is done for Debit memo

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounting should get generated in positive amount for process claim done for Debit memo

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
-----------------------
1. Create debit memo referencing original invoice number which is claimed.
2. Apply recoverable taxes.
3. Navigate to claim form:
    (N):- Oracle Financials for India -> Recovery -> Process Claim
3. Query the debit memo in claim form
4. Click on process claim
5. Verify accounting
