Symptoms

One the following symptoms may occur:

1. While trying to baseline a project budget for the latest open period (previous period also still open), workflow fails with an error - PAPA_BC_GL_FNDS_RESV_FAIL.

Running query:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From Projects responsibility, navigate to Budgets
  2. Query revenue budget and press baseline
