APP-FND-00699:  The value "JG.BR.POXPOEPO.PO.HEADERS” in the context field "Context Value" is invalid in the descriptive flexfield "JG_PO_RELEASES". Please choose a valid value.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing responsibility for Brazil.
2. Go to Purchase Orders > Releases
3. Query for a BPA.
4. Enter the details and try to save the record.
5. Notice the error message.
