When running the report 'INVIRISQ: Item Quantities Summary' exclusively for organization 'WDC', it was noticed that it always completed in error.
When checking the log for the request, the following errors were seen:

STEPS

1. Run the report 'INVIRISQ: Item Quantities Summary' for organization 'WDC'.
2. Check log request and notice that each and every time it completes in error.

FURTHER BACKGROUND
---------------------

1. When running the report 'INVIRISQ: Item Quantities Summary' for any other organizations, they all complete normal.
2. The issue is only when the report is run for one specific organization. In this case, it's for 'WDC' organization.

WORKAROUND
---------------

Run the 'INVIRISQ_XML: Item quantities summary (XML)' version of the report for any organization and it completes normally.
