Problem Doing WIP Issue And WIP Completion At Same Time With Same LPN, Get Error, "|Failed to Pack/Unpack item|LPN not found in this subinventory or location" (Doc ID 2781200.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

Customer has an item that is locator and status controlled and exists in onhand inventory in multiple LPNs. This item is used as an ingredient in a batch.
When transacting in a batch, they are able to enter a WIP Issue for the ingredient from one of the LPNs, issuing the entire LPN contents, and also enter a WIP Completion into the same LPN, but using a different subinventory, and save both transactions together. Apparently, because the ingredient issue drives the LPN inventory to zero, it then becomes available to use in a different subinventory.

However, if the Onhand Material Status of this ingredient in any other LPN disallows WIP Issue, then they are not able to do this, and they get error:

|Failed to Pack/Unpack item|LPN not found in this
subinventory or location

It is a mystery as to why the material status in an unrelated LPN would cause this error.

If they transact the ingredient first, then go back into the batch Material Transactions screen and then transact the product, it works.

|Failed to Pack/Unpack item|LPN not found in this
subinventory or location

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have ingredient in multiple LPNs, with nothing else in the LPNs
2. Set the Onhand Material Status of the ingredient in one LPN to a status that disallows WIP Issue (Inventory > Onhand, Availablity > On-Hand Quantity > Tools > Status Update). The material status in all the other LPNs allows everything.
3. On Material Transactions in a batch (Production Supervisor > Batch Details > Transact Material button), enter a WIP Issue to consume the entire contents of the ingredient in one of the "good" LPNs. At the same time, enter a WIP Completion for the product, using the same LPN, but yielding into a different subinventory
4. The error occurs, but only if there is an unrelated LPN with the ingredient having a material status that disallows the transaction.
